Panaserv operates seven Sales and Services Centres all over Nigeria, along with a commanding distribution network of over 750 dealer locations around the country.

Background History
1986
From our roots in Japan, Panaserv was established as a distribution company for the best brands in electronics in Nigeria in 1986. Panaserv introduced leading Japanese brands, such as Sanyo and Panasonic, to Nigeria, and continues to market only premium and reliable products to Nigeria. Today, Panasonic is the market leader in air conditioners, and widely regarded as the standard-bearer for consumer electronics products.
2005
In 2005, the company was rebranded into the reputable and reliable distribution, sales, and distribution company we are known as today, Panaserv Nigeria Limited. In 2005 we also launched our own brand – Kenstar, which has seen a rapid and steady growth to become a highly sought-after brand of products in the Nigerian market.
2014
In 2014, we furthered our ties with leading and world class Japanese multinationals by proudly becoming the official distributor for Daikin Industries. As pioneers in the air conditioning sector, Daikin paved the way for the world’s first Split-Air Conditioning system, and continues to innovate with Inverter and Commercial Air Conditioners
2017
In 2017, Panaserv ventured into manufacturing through our partner company, Sacral Industries Ltd. Sacral Industries, an ISO 9001:2015 certified organization, has a world class facility with state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing equipment. With continuous investment, recruitment, training, and maintenance, Sacral is now a leading electronics assembly unit in Nigeria, with ISO certificated management systems. Year on year, Sacral continues to add product ranges and enhance output capacity to serve the demand of Nigerian consumers.
