Barely four months after the opening of a service centre in Kano, North of Nigeria, Panaserv Nigeria Limited, marketers of the Panasonic brand has opened another showroom in the central part of Lagos.
Designated as a showroom and service centre where the entire range of Panasonic products will be available for customers with quality service back-up, the new place will provide the much-desired shopping convenience for people on the island. It will also serve as a source of genuine and reliable spares for their various Panasonic products.
In statement, Bhojraj Rupani, Promoter, Panaserv Nigeria Limited, said the new service centre is part of a continuous plan to ensure that Panasonic products and service quality is enjoyed by all Nigerians at the least cost. The company opened its first outlet at Ikeja last year as a demonstration of its believe in the Nigerian market and has since then continued to sustained the trend with other outlets in Abuja and Kano
With the Victoria Island outlet, Panaserv now has four dedicated parts and service centres in the country, all of which have sophisticated diagnostic and maintenance equipment plus a complement of well-trained and dedicated technical and customer service staff.
